Cindy Mann is the 5th ex-wife of talk show host Bobby Mann. Cindy was arrested over a fight with Mann at a restaurant. And Bobby Mann stopped by her building that night to visit. In the interview room, Cindy insists she hadn't seen him. Barbara, his first wife, lived in the same building, however, a building which, in fact, Bobby himself owns. Cindy suggests that Bobby might have gone there to see Barbara instead of her, and drops off the radar.
