Carmina Bourbon, or Queen Carmina is the Queen consort to King Phillippe. She was born in the Navajo Union and after its dissolution, lived in the SSR until meeting Phillippe. They began dating while he was an Earl and got married shortly before the nuclear attacks at the conclusion of the Grand Mexican War.
