The Phantom Pirates (幻像の一味 Genzou no Ichimi?) are a small pirate crew that started in South Blue. They are led by Captain Di Roy, a former Marine Captain and test subject at G-4. Currently, the crew consists of only eight people, the captain and his first mate Nick C. Thanatos being the more notable members. They are considered to be a mild threat to the World Govenment.
