Bruno Santiago (born April 16th, 2496) is a former Deputy Chief of the Salt Lake City Police Department (SLCPD) and Staff Sergeant of the UNSC Air Force. Born in a wealthy family, Bruno enlisted in the USNC Air Force following the loss of his parents at Paradise Falls. After serving about close to seven years with the Air Force, Bruno was discharged after being convicted in the murder of twenty civilians in the Cygnus II Campaign. He was able to land a job at the Salt Lake City Police Department. On March 13th, 2537, Santiago responded to a hostage situation at the RedBank Arena in the Business District of Salt Lake City. After exchanging gunfire with the assailant, Bruno, along with off-duty officer Dean Richards, attempted to rescue the hostages via fire escape, only to be caught in a ha
