His Royal Majesty Balthazar I, King of New Endralon, Archduke of Hulstria, Prince of Tirgith (b. December 17th, 3026, Bear's Den, Trigunia) was the reigning monarch of the Kingdom of New Endralon from 3076 to 3116. King Balthazar was the second son and child of Godric III of Hulstria and Hikaru I of Dolgaria. He was the younger brother to Heinrich III of Hulstria. The King was married to Princess Maria of Endralon and they had two issues.
