Lucius Stark was a Human male doctor during the Alsakan Crisis, the conflict between the Alsakan Union and the Galactic Republic governments. Twenty years later, he was alive during the Hutt War, the galactic war between the Republic and the Hutt Empire. Originally affiliated with the Alsakan Union, Stark betrayed the Union and turned off the Alsakan battle turrets prior to the Battle of Alsakan, out of love for a Republic espionage agent, named Espis.
