One of several hovering cities of future Earth in Doctor Who. In The Death of Art, it is described how The Cthulhu Mythos is in vogue in the Overcity with references to : * Forbidden authors such as Von Juntz, Ludwig Prinn and H.P. Lovecraft on datachip (interestingly, whilst Von Juntz burned with a red flame and Prinn with a green flame when immolated, the Lovecraft chip failed to ignite!) * Swami Rhan-Te-Goth (a fraud using the name of Great Old One Rhan Tegoth).
