The Intergalactic Travel Commerce (ITC) was a front created by Tesh Vohore to allow him to travel through space without suspicion. It was a small branch of the Liberators Pirate Organization. Tesh created it to gain special equipment from the Bothans and allow him to travel through Hutt Space looking for Chin. It was dissolved after Tesh found no need for it. It was allegedly formed by the Republic and Tesh had forged documents stating that. The Bothans never found out because Tesh and Ryje Fibason kept it quiet.
