Mr. Schmitz was born in Raccoon City. As a child, he was a power hungry fool. All he was hell bent on ruling the world. In elementary school, middle school, high school, and college, he was the student body president. He persuaded people to vote for him in unethical ways, including bribery, corruption, and even murder. After going to college at Mars University, he applied to work at Umbrella. He quickly rose up in the ranks and became second in command. After the "disappearance" of Dr. Van Nostrand, he became the CEO of Umbrella. He is responsible for zombies destroying Raccoon City.
