Bob Carter is an American actor, voice actor, former financial planner and former mortgage banker. He voiced Balrog in Street Fighter 4, several of the marines, elites, and grunts in Halo Wars, and many other games. A few of his anime credits include Wolf Goring in Blassreiter, Gorobei Katayama on the English version of Samurai 7, as well as Bojack in Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound. He also voiced Aokiji, Blueno and Gedatsu in the FUNimation version of One Piece.
