Born on May 6th 1937 Eli Big playa Spencer lived in poverty in Lorimer Hill He dropped out of high school so he could join Umbrella Corp under his cousin Oswell's Tutelage he became one of Umbrella Corp's Top scientist.In 1977 when William Birkin joined Umbrella Corp he was recruited as Umbrella Corp's Top scientific researcher this pissed off Eli and Eli grew a grudge against the 15 year old. In 1983 at the age of 46 he plotted to have Birkin killed but it failed however when william fully aware of what Eli planned to do managed to convince the hitman to stop.in 1987 at the age of 50 he created the RL virus and fed it to Omar Hicks it killed him taking sadistic pleasure he pissed on the dead corpse.In 1998 he experienced Birkin's death he felt happy when william died
