Three United States Army MPs stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba are up for a court-martial, the MPs having been charged with injuring a fellow soldier during an exercise involving detainees who resist with Harm defending the three and Mac prosecuting while Bud has an altercation with an anti-war civilian in a shoe store that ultimately lands him in trouble with General Cresswell and later in a civilian court with Sturgis defending him.
