The Pokemon Capture Staff(AKA PKMNCapture Staff or PKMNCS) is a device invented by the Form Center. It is essentially a Pokeball on a stick. It actually has a less successful capture rate than a normal pokeball, but no contact between the end of the staff(the pokeball) and the pokemon is necessary. It also depends on the user's strength for the capture. It was created in 2070.
