Ben Simpson was credited with quality assurance roles on Creatures and Creatures 2, as well as being editor of the newsletter - he also produced Creatures Adventures and Creatures Playground (together, Creatures Village), and assisted with Creatures 3. He left with Toby Simpson on 13 February 2001 to form Nicely Crafted (see history).
