Hilary Mason (born Birmingham, 4th September, 1917, died Milton Keynes 5th September, 2006) played two parts on Coronation Street: Emily Ainsworth in January 1965 and then Amy Wilton, Derek's mother, in August 1976. On film she played the notable role of a psychic in the 1973 chiller Don't Look Now.
