Xi Ni (onyomi: Kei Dei) is a subordinate of King Wutugu in Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Together with Tu An, the two of them led the rattan-armored troops to pursue Wei Yan's forces 15 consecutive times, but were caught off-guard by the Shu army's ambush attack.
