Roxana is a character who appears in the comic book story "The Smurfs And The Sorcerer's Love". She is a lovely young woman whom Gargamel is absurdly attracted to after she meets him in the market place. Gargamel thinks the attraction is mutual, not realizing that she is more interested in his magical tricks, and with the Smurfs' help he undergoes a vigorous self-improvement program for her sake. However she is actually in love with a young man named Adalbert, who has been in love with her since childhood, and eventually they become united, leaving Gargamel heartbroken.
