George Raincoat was a former Umbrella Soldier and the founder of Division Delta Codenamed:Anti-Virus. He was sargeant when he was working for the Umbrella Corporation and so thats why he was known was Sgt. Raincoat. He was born on October 16,1970 in Bronx,New York and was a kid who believed in the military a lot and always wanted to join and so by the 1980's he joined with Umbrella's security detail. By 1998, after the destruction of Raccoon City, he resigned from his employment and formed Division Delta and won many victories against his former employers. by 2009, Raincoat met up with future leader Michael Franklin Miller and he led his final campaign against Umbrella, which was in Washington D.C.
