Creatures Pre-Roll is a screamer anti-smoking ad uploaded to YouTube by The Real Cost on July 15th, 2015. The ad starts with a dark setting, and an animated cigarette box shaking. When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large, red spider-like creature gets out from the box of cigarettes, screaming and and repeatedly hitting the screen. The creature goes away, and some text appears saying "If cigarettes looked as dangerous as they are, you'd #runlikehell".
