Nozomi is the only one whom can use this technique without adverse affects on herself due to her practice of exposing herself to new poisons. This lets Nozomi's Body to be able to adapt an immunity to the new poisons so she can use them herself. Anyone else whom uses this jutsu either requires a special gas mask or will most likely die using this jutsu.
