Spell deleveling potions were a special kind of potion which allowed a character to lose levels in an unwanted spell, one level per potion used. The character would regain Spell Points equal to the used to raise the spell to its current level. For instance, using a spell deleveling potion for a level four spell would give back three Spell Points.
