CL-9909 was a clone lieutenant during the Clone Wars. When a Jedi arrived on Toola, a frozen Republic outpost world, Darth Vader went to that world to hunt down the Jedi, and CL-9909 was part of the garrison there. When Commander CC-0007 failed to find the Jedi, he was killed and CL-9909 was put in command. His fate after that is unknown.
