Ygfa is a Nord Healer who can be found selling spells, ingredients and potions at Fort Pelagiad. She is a member of the Imperial Cult, and an established Healer Service. As such, asking her about diseases yields a lot of information about them. She is able to identify all sixteen common diseases and all four blight diseases that exist in Morrowind.
