Matabeleland, officially the Republic of Matabeleland, and still commonly referred to as Zimbabwe or Rhodesia is a country and confederate division of the Southern African Confederacy located in Southern Africa. The country split with its northern half in 2005, when the SAC Parliament divided the former Zimbabwe. The current President of South Zimbabwe is Morgan Tsvangirai. The country's capital is located in Bulawayo.
