Shady Lady was the Ukrainian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade performed by Ani Lorak and written by 1995 Russian representative Philipp Kirkorov. The song qualified from the second semifinal in 1st place. In the final, it was performed 18th following Georgia and preceding France. At the close of voting, it finished in 2nd place with 230 points.
