The Georgeland presidential election of 2012 will be held on May 4, 2012 and will elect a successor to Lois Daniels, who was elected on May 2, 2008. One year before the poll, Daniels declared she would not be a candidate. Prior to her announcement, Daniels had been considered almost unbeatable, with approval ratings regularly over 70%.
