Mara's Earrings are a unique piece of jewelry in Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance. These earrings can be acquired after completing the quest All the After World's a Stage offered by Alfred at the Playhouse on Lanilor Lane in Aleroth. Completing the quest removes a magical barrier, allowing you to enter the western room of the Playhouse where you'll find Mara. Speak to her about her son-in-law Ransid to obtain the earrings.
