The Deltaran Medical Facility is located in Rodion. Staffed mostly by volunteers, it handles injured and sick neutrals from all over Cybertron, regardless of their resources or political leanings. The facility has been bombed several times, but each time the unpaid helpers have rebuilt what they could and made due with the rest. Medical supplies are forever short, but the brave doctors of Deltaran soldier on with whatever they can scrounge.
