Breltan (d. 1942) was a radar technician on the 67th Emperor Sohrheb. He detected an incoming "missile" (actually an artillery shell fired from the railway gun Dora) approaching the ship and had easily believed that the ship's antimissile system would shoot it down. The shell shrugged off the missiles, and hit the ship. Breltan was vaporized in the explosion.
