Deep Fried Transfer is a gap unlockable on the level Foundry, on Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. It involves the player doing a ramp-to-ramp transfer between the lava. Doing the transfer whilst the bucket is tipping lava into the pit will also unlock the gap, Bucket O' Hot Sauce.
