The United People's Party was formed in 2580 by Alberto Shahbazyan in order to become "the Guardian of the Common Man." The United People's Party truly has only one major concern, the People. The UPP believes that the government should never have undue influence or power over the People. The rights of the People must never be infiringed upon.
