Neptune Refreshments is the Refreshment Lady's main stall located at Lakeside. Usually, when on duty, Peter Sam would wait outside at the station for an hour every afternoon before he would take the Refreshment Lady to her "guarenteed connection" with Henry. However, Peter Sam accidently left her behind and she wasn't very happy at all!
