The fortress of Mekshir guarded the trade routes from Osirion to its province of Thuvia until is was buried in a sandstorm during the khamsin season of -841 AR. The fortress is rumored to contain treasures including an armory of magical weapons and several months of payroll, but is said to be guarded by the undead.
