An aliance that was formed to hell the three crew protect them selfs aginst oponents that would normaly defat them with easse. The idea came from the capitain of the pudge pirates Pudge D.Rum. He broght in the devil spawn pirates due to the fact that he had once before fought aginst them and belived that they were strong enough to be apart of the group it was from there capitain that the idea to included came from as pudge had asked them who eals they deamed was strong enough to join there aliance. Another reason for this grouping was the aperance of of other such groups like the world pirate armada.
