This runs so much electricity through the users body so fast that it actually alters the users appearance turning his hair white and his eyes glow light blue. What happens is with the electricity flowing through the user it actually enhances his already monstrous speed and reflexes by running paths of lightning directly through the nervous system at first this was seen to be dangerous but after the timeskip this doesn't even harm the user in any way there is a timelimit however of how much this can be used depending on the user's skill level.
