[Source] The SHUKUR-05 was a light repeating blaster in production by the time of the Galactic Civil War. The origins of the repeater's name could be found in the Mandalorian language, specifically the Mando'a word shukur, which translated to "break" in Galactic Basic Standard. The chieftain of Clan Awaud, Vera Beroya, carried a SHUKUR-05 light repeater, and made extensive use of it in battle. In combat, Beroya was known to expend the SHUKUR-05's ammunition, before dropping the repeater and switching to her father's mythosaur axe.
