Perry was an old acquaintance of Jake Hanson who was an art dealer. She and Jake used to steal from retail stores when he worked as a security guard, but she moved on into the art world and started conning people out of their money by presenting art as worth more than its actual value. Perry took Jake's name and used it to sell worthless paintings. However, when Perry was caught by Jake doing some heavy drugs, he quit their scam and left Perry alone. She later showed up towards the end of season 1, announcing she had contracted AIDS.
