Antwain Joquan Spann (born February 22, 1983 in Oceanside, California) is an American football safety who is currently a free agent. He was signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2005. He played college football at Louisiana-Lafayette. Spann has also been a member of the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos.
