During the tutorial Troll Warzone, players should buy 3 potato seeds from him and sow them in order to get potatoes. During Let Them Eat Pie he can also be used to obtain a free raw potato used in the quest. He will also watch the allotment patch near him, so the player will not need to water that patch.
