Orroman was a world that was located within the Orroman system, a part of the galaxy's Wild Space. At some point before or during the New Republic's reign, a group of mercenaries caused a water crisis there, with information about the disaster eventually becoming general knowledge across the galaxy. During the New Republic's reign, the Human New Republic Scout Service captain Korren Starchaser compared in his datafiles the mercenary group Happy Blasters with the group that had caused the water crisis, considering them both disreputable.
