Clara Karr is a young, blue-haired girl who moves to Danville. She befriends Phineas Flynn, Ferb Fletcher, and Daisy Hernandez, but has a hard time talking to others. She can be very shy at times, while in others she can be very "chatty". She dreams of becoming a race car driver, despite that her parents don't approve of that.
