The PPC Penitentiary may or may not exist. Agents Isaiah and Mara threatened a Pirates of the Caribbean Sue with being sent here, but then she killed an innocent soldier on guard duty in order to be "badass," at which point her penalty was changed to death. As most Sues are simply given death anyway, it is unclear if this place actually exists or if it was just a bluff. It should not be confused with DIA Central's prison wing, which is for detainment of intruders and offending agents.
