ST/Medusa missiles are one of the armaments stored on Sabre starfighters. They are launched in salvos of four and have lock-on capability. When launched, the missiles are first thrust forward by a mechanism on the ship; once they are clear of the ship, they light their thrusters and begin homing in on the target. One salvo is enough to destroy an unshielded "Seraph"-class starfighter.
