Carlos Olivera was an Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service operative who serving under the Umbrella Corporation until 2002, when he joined an anti-Umbrella vigilante team. He later went on to lead a convoy of survivors in the years after the Global T-Virus pandemic.
