Captain Frank Douglas Stevens was a World War I flying ace credited with five aerial victories. Stevens tallied five "driven down out of control" victories between 3 May and 16 August 1917. His observer/gunners in his Royal Aircraft Factory FE.2d included fellow ace Lieutenant William Cambray. Stevens became an Officer of the Order of the British Empire on 3 June 1919.
