The four superpowers are four empires; United States of America, Caribbean Empire, European Empire and the Neo Russian Empire that has a dominant position in the international system. The United States will influence the Pacific Empire while the Caribbean Empire will influence South American and Africa. The European Empire will also influence Africa and the Russian Empire will influence Asia.
