Lord-Captain Arn-Drel-H'ay is the commanding officer of the Prekaara, and Warmaster Barryl-Shir-H'ays second in command for the Prekaara Battlegroup. The two of them have fought side by side in countless engagements, including the Battle of Drillaria, the Xen'Chi War, the Leeran Campaign and the Confederate Civil War.
