Selvan (セルバン Seruban) is a character in Radiant Historia. He is attendant to Queen Protea alongside High Colonel Dias. Not only is he Queen Protea's tactician, but he is also a so called "administrator" of Granorg. He and High Colonel Dias manipulate the Queen from the sidelines to bend Granorg to their will.
