Upon learning that Imperial Intelligence reports from officer Keeling were intercepted by a gang called the Krayts and was about to the highesy bidder, he contacted an Imperial individual and provided him with the time and place at which the sales were about to take place. After the reports were recovered, officer Keeling transfered to Ghost his broker's fee.
