Real Estate is the debut album of New Jersey-based indie rock band, Real Estate, released by Woodsist on November 17, 2009. The album was recorded between the summer of 2008 and the summer of 2009 in New Jersey and Brooklyn, and was mastered by Carl Saff. The album was critically acclaimed, receiving a "Best New Music" tag on Pitchfork, and was ranked on many end of year lists. The cover is Paolo Soleri's Hexahedron Arcology.
